Term and Service
Please note that purchasing any art/commission, you are considered to have read and agreed to all the terms listed below. Violating any term listed or offense behavior might lead to permanent blacklisting.
I'm confident in:
Female, Bishounen, fantasy, character design, light armor, animal ears.
I'm less confident in:
Male, weaponary, dynamic action pose, detailed background.

Personal Usage
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, remain with the artist unless otherwise specified and agreed upon in writing. There will be no transfer of these rights.
You are allowed to use the PFP/headers/wallpapers without prior permission, as long as proper credit.
Do not use this commission for AI or NFT.
Using commission for profits gain in any shape or form are strictly prohibited. However, you are allowed to print in limited quantities.
Commercial Usage
Commission price are charged 50% -75% from base price on monetized platform for YouTube, Twitch, Tiktok or similar to Printing/Reproduction in physical form.
Any use other commercial usage as print, merchandise design, ads are charged 2x of base price.
Layered files of the artwork will only be given to the Commissioner for copyright purposes. The Commissioner cannot use or share these files without the artist's written permission.
Proper credit to the artist must be given in all uses.
Process and Deliver
I'm allowed to decline any commission request. due to my schedule or other matters. Apologies in advance if this is the case.
Commission will take 10-14 days after the first sketch or a few weeks depending on how long my queue is and how complex your request/character(s).
You only receive 2 revision. Any major change are not allowed. Asking more than 2 revision will charged extra fee.
I work from 9 am - 6 pm Time Zones in UTC +8 and I would take day off on Sunday or National Holiday.
You will receive a full resolution digital file via Email. No physical item will be sent.
I am allowed to post the artworks on my social media unless stated in the request beforehand.
Payment & Refund
I only accepted payment via Mandiri, Jenius and Paypal.
Payment full in front or pay half in advance and complete the payment before I send the final product.
Once the commission is accepted, no refunds or cancellation will be issued
Refunds are only allowed if I'm unable to continue the commission. Refund will be given at maximum of 50% depending on the progress of the commission.

Hello I'm Kagurinne! Illustrator and 4koma Artist based in Indonesia. I also sometimes making graphic guide for Genshin and also part of Hoyowiki Writer. I also do Graphic Design for UI.
